Step 1: Steaming

Steam will help the pus in the cysts to come to the skin surface. Have a bowl with boiling water on a flat surface. Cover your head with a towel and bend 18 inches above the bowl. Let the steam mask your face for at least 5 minutes. Use warm water to rinse. Do this twice a day.

Step 2: Tea Tree Oil Compress

This will help kill the bacteria. Use 5 cotton pads soaked in water with excess water squeezed out. Pour a drop of tea tree oil on each pad and let it rest for 3 minutes to allow it to spread.
